We are committed to developing opportunities for sport and physical activity. One of our main aims is to make sure that everyone has access to quality sports and leisure facilities and activities in the borough.
We are working with a range of partners including the Tennis Foundation, Surrey Lawn Tennis Association (Tennis Surrey), local tennis clubs, schools and contractors to produce a tennis development plan and shape the future of tennis in Wandsworth. We want to increase the number of young people taking part in the sport and assist gifted and talented young people to progress.
We will also create a tennis forum, which will meet regularly to discuss key issues about tennis provision in Wandsworth.
