Planning Obligations SPD
The Draft Planning Obligations SPD will provide further guidance on policies within the adopted Core Strategy. It will identify how the Council will use its powers as the Local Planning Authority to ensure new development contributes to a safer, healthier and more prosperous Wandsworth.
Consultation on the draft SPD was conducted from 9 September to 21 October 2011. The responses will be considered and reflected in the version to be adopted in 2012.
