The above application submitted by Minerva (Wandsworth) Ltd has been Called In to enable the Secretary of State to determine the application. The Secretary of State intends to deal with this application by holding a Public Inquiry which will start at 10.00am on 03 November 2009. The Inspector, C Ball (assisted by R S Roscoe) will prepare a report and recommendations for final decision by the Secretary of State. The inquiry will be held in Capital Studios, Wandsworth Plain, SW18 and is expected to last 5 weeks (until 4th December 2009). The inquiry is open to the public and wheelchair access is available from Wandsworth Plain. Parking spaces for people with disabilities will be available on site.
Interested persons may attend the inquiry (personally or through a representative) and at the Inspector's discretion give their views. It would help if you could notify the Planning Inspectorate if you wish to do so. To do so you must be at the inquiry when it opens.
