A unique partnership
The Nine Elms Vauxhall Strategy Board was established in late 2010 to help shape the area's development, co-ordinate the significant additions to infrastructure, and create synergies between individual developments. Members have a shared vision for the site's regeneration and are drawn equally from the private and public sector.

Landowners members include Ballymore, Berkeley/St James Group, Covent Garden Market Authority, National Grid, Royal Mail, Sainsbury's plc and Treasury Holdings. The public sector stakeholders include Wandsworth Council, Lambeth Council, Transport for London, the Homes and Communities Agency, and the Mayor of London.
