The 'After the fire' service
The London Fire Brigade in Wandsworth are pioneering a brand new 'After the fire' service using volunteers. This is a unique initiative that addresses the individual needs of fire victims.
It is specifically aimed at restoring their lives back to normality as quickly as possible by providing reassurance and practical advice after a fire in their home; such advice will include cleaning your property after a fire, how to replace important documents and restoring gas and electric to the property.
