We aim to complete 95% of written searches within five working days. In 2007/08 the response rate was 99.86% within five days and 100% in ten days.
At present, we are achieving a two day turnaround for responding to a search and have taken steps to ensure that we continue to achieve this demanding target in the future.
We also aim to guide personal callers when carrying out personal searches.
