Monday

  • Kickboxing (mixed level): 6.30 - 7.30pm
    A fat burning cardio blitz, incorporating body weight exercises and using pads for punching and kicking for a stress relieving workout!

  • Try Tai-Chi 12.30-1.15pm 
    Come and try Tai Chi, special taster sessions start at lunchtime on Monday 10th May. The ancient Chinese martial art, famed for its calm inducing benefits, is fantastic for concentration, balance and flexibility. Special price for all Cardiac, GP Referral and over 50's - £3. Concession price for all other casual members - £4.

Tuesday

  • Hatha yoga: 6 - 7.15pm and 7.15 - 8.30pm
    A relaxing yet challenging discipline, hatha yoga can improve poise, respiration and flexibility.

Wednesday

  • Tai Chi: 7.00 - 8.00pm
    The ancient Chinese martial art, famed for its calm inducing benefits. Also a proficient self defence discipline, excellent for confidence building.

  • Circuit Training: 6.00 - 7.00pm
    A great class to gain muscular strength and endurance. Lots of variety for all ability levels.

Thursday

  • Cardiac rehab: 10am to 12pm
    GP referral only

  • Introduction to free weights: 11 - 11.45am
    Learn correct technique for muscle building and toning.
