Fitness Centre: facilities and class timetable

Fitness centre users must have an induction, which once completed provides access to:

  • Cardiovascular equipment
  • Resistance equipemnt
  • Personal induction and fitness programme
  • Athletics track
  • Aerobics classes
  • Sauna

Monday

Body conditioning 1-1.45pm

Great all over toning and conditioning, this class is suitable for all.

Free for standing order members and a special price of £2.70 to non-members until the end of January 2012.

Kickboxing 6.30-7.30pm

A fat burning cardio blitz, incorporating body weight exercises and using pads for punching and kicking for a stress relieving workout!

    Tuesday

    Yoga 6-7.15pm and 7.15-8.30pm

    A relaxing yet challenging discipline, Hatha yoga can improve poise, respiration and flexibility. All levels.

      Wednesday

      Zumba 6-7pm

      Fun and fitness inspired class with Latin and world music - learn some urban dance moves and get a great workout.

      First six weeks free for 16-25 year olds. For more details ask at reception.

      Ski Fitness 7-8pm
