You can report a problem with the services we provide, for example, your rubbish has not been collected on time or your street has not been cleaned.

Email wasteservices@wandsworth.gov.uk to:
- report a problem with rubbish, recycling or street cleaning services

Responding to reported problems
We aim to respond to and take action on complaints the same day (Monday to Friday only).
Our customer service staff will report the problem to the relevant contractor or a senior officer to take action. We will let you know when you should expect the problem to be sorted.
