Instead of downloading an application to send us in the post, we encourage you to apply online using the Planning Portal government website.
Using the table below, you can download the application forms, the accompanying form guidance notes and our local planning application requirements checklists.
You will find answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) we get asked by clicking on Related FAQs (button on the left). Please do not phone us until you have had a look at the Related FAQs to see if the information you need is already available.
Further advice and requirements relating to submitting your application is available in the Related Downloads (button on the left) page under the heading Essential Downloads for planning applicants. Please do not apply until you have downloaded and read these.
