Resident permits

Requesting a refund

A permit holder is entitled to request a pro-rata refund for any whole unexpired months calculated from the date that we receive the request and permit. A standard administration fee of £10 is applied. Amounts of less than £1 will not be refunded.

No refund is given for green permits.

How to request a refund

Permits should be returned with a covering letter to:

Alternatively, letters and permits can be dropped off at the One-Stop Counter on the 5th Floor of the Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU.

(Open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday).
