Permits can be applied for by post or in person.

If applying by post, please include your payment (cheques, postal orders or credit card details) and supporting documentation and send to:

If applying in person, please bring the completed application form and documents to the Environment and Community Services 'One-Stop' counter, 5th Floor, New Town Hall between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 12.30pm Saturday.
