2011 consultations and reviews
We have an on-going programme of reviews of existing controlled parking zones (CPZ) and extensions to the CPZs. Individual consultations and reviews (subject to a minimum number of consultees) are made available on this site as they take place.

When can I hear the results of a consultation or review?
The results of consultations and reviews are analysed and, where possible, reported to the next available meeting of the Planning and Transportation Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Large consultation areas can take more time to analyse and may have to be deferred to a later committee date.
Listed below are the details of current consultations and reviews and the dates when they are expected to be reported to committee. Committee papers detailing the results are published on this website a few days before the meeting date. Whilst the Scrutiny Committee generally accept Council officers' recommendations, they may request the Executive to approve changes to recommendations in a report. Therefore, residents and businesses should await notification of the results rather than assume that a report's recommendations have been accepted.
