Residents of Elspeth Road are eligible for C3e resident permits. A C3e permit allows the holder to park in Lavender Gardens and in the part of the C3 sub-zone nearest to Elspeth Road (bordered by the dotted blue line in the above plan). The signs in these street show both C3 and C3e sub-zone permits are valid.

C4 Subzone - Thurleigh Road area
9.30am to 10.30am, Monday to Friday. Permit holders only.

C4 Subzone - Thurleigh Road area
9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Max stay for visitors - 4 hours.
