Paying your ticket
There are several ways to pay a parking ticket - remember that the ticket is discounted for prompt payment.
Online
Pay online with a credit or debit card, 24 hours a day.
Telephone
You can pay by telephone with a touch dial telephone and a credit or debit card, 24 hours a day: 0845 130 5758
Post
You can pay by post with a cheque, postal orders or your credit card details to the council at the following address:

Do not send cash through the post.
In person
You can visit the Customer Services Centre to pay your ticket by cash, cheque, postal order, or credit/debit card (payments can be made by Maestro, Delta, Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express).
