Pay, challenge, or view evidence for a Penalty Charge Notice
In order to make a payment, challenge or view your photographs/CCTV recording of the alleged breach you will need to use the PCN number from your ticket and your vehicle registration number. There is a 50% discount if payment is received by the council within 14 days after the ticket was issued. You can't challenge a PCN and then challenge the charge. Online and by phone
You can pay 24 hours a day online or by telephone. We accept: Switch, Delta, Visa or Mastercard.
- Pay or challenge a parking ticket that begins with number WA95*****, or call 0845 8350 129.
- Any other fine/parking ticket:
Once you have paid your penalty charge notice you will be shown if there are more notices unpaid for your vehicle. Simply select this option to make another payment. Finally, you will receive a confirmation page and a reference number. Please make a note of this number for future reference.
If you are not the registered keeper of the offending vehicle and you received a ticket by mistake contact us on 020 8871 8871 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.)
By post or in person
You can pay by post with a cheque, postal orders or your credit card details to the council at the following address:Wandsworth Borough Council

Please do not send cash.
You can visit the Customer Centre, Wandsworth High Street in person to pay your ticket by cash, cheque, postal order, or credit/debit card, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
