How to make a complaint
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, then please contact Neil Kennett, the Head of Electoral Services, at:

He will be able to deal with your enquiry and help resolve any problems.
Don't forget that you can make your complaint in person, on the phone, in writing or online. We will send you reply within a five working days. If this is not possible, we will let you know and send you a final reply within ten working days
If you are not happy with the way we have dealt with your complaint then you will be directed to step 2 in the council's complaints procedure.
