Student Competition! What will school be like in five years time?
To help inform the plans for schools in the future the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) team have launched a competition for students to tell the team what they a day at school to be like in 2014.
The creative writing competition asks students from year 6 and above to think about what their school day will involve, the facilities they will have and the technology they may use.
The competion closes on 3 April 2009.
Outline Planning Applications for Sample Schools Approved
As part the development of BSF proposals the BSF team submitted Outline Planning Applications for the two 'sample schemes', Burntwood School and Southfields Community College.

BSF team attend BSEC 09 11-12th February
Members of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) team will be attending the Building Schools Exhibition and Conference (BSEC09). The conference will be an opportunity for potential private sector partners to find out more about the Wandsworth project and discuss the proposals for BSF investment in the borough.
