How to apply for a Virtual Trade Permit (VTP)
The new online parking permits portal is now live. All existing account holders have been sent an email to the email address that is registered to their permit account, confirming the account holders username and guidance on how to log in.

From 2 August 2018, the email address used to send out emails about parking permits and parking charge notices in Wandsworth will change to email@example.com.
Please add this address to your address book so that these emails are not blocked by any spam or junk email filters.
Once registered as a trader you will need to provide proof of the work to verify your entitlement to purchase the permits.
To access your online account, you will need to know your username and password.
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it. If you have forgotten your username please call us on 020 8871 8871 and we will be able to help.
You will need to submit proof of work for each job. However, all jobs can be managed on a single trader account.
You cannot purchase any permits until your proof of work and permit details have been verified and your account has been authorised. Once your account is authorised it will be available for you to purchase and activate permits as required. We aim to process applications within two working days.
Apply online at the Customer Centre
You can apply online at the self service area in the Customer Centre. Here we can help you to use the online facilities.
You will need to bring the required documents with you.
How to pay
Permits are purchased by 'topping up' your account. You can then select the relevant active job/site and purchase the number of VTPs that you require. You can pay for a permit online in advance and activate it when required. Any payment made for VTPs is not refundable. However, any unused permits will become available for a job authorised in the future.

How to use a VTP
To activate a paperless trade permit you will need to sign into your account and select the Buy/Use Vouchers tab. Paperless trade permits must be bought in advance of activation.
The registration number of the relevant vehicle must be entered to activate the permit and the applicable date selected.
You may deactivate a paperless trade permit if it is no longer required. Deactivation of a paperless trade permit must be actioned by 11.59pm on the day before the permit is activated for in order to return the credit to your account.
Each activated permit is only valid for one day in the sub-zone in which the job has been approved. It will only be valid on one vehicle. You are able to activate up to three trade permits per day per site.
