Replace your permit

The new online parking permits portal is now live. All existing account holders have been sent an email to the email address that is registered to their permit account, confirming the account holders username and guidance on how to log in.

Change of address and change of vehicle applications: The system is currently not sending automated responses to applicants when you notify us of a change. We we will now acknowledge receipt of your notification by email at around 4.30pm on the day the change is notified. If your change is notified after 4pm you will receive the acknowledgement the following business day.

An administration charge of £20 is made for processing replacement/duplicate permit applications.

As business accounts are managed by one person be aware that  it is only that person who can access the account and make the applications/renewals/replacements etc. Any instruction to access the account online should be clear that it is the nominated account manager that must do this. We do not adjust log ins/send passwords to any person from a company only the nominated account manager.

The application form gives advice on how to cover your vehicle until a duplicate/replacement permit is received.

If your permit has been stolen

If the permit has been stolen and you do not have a crime reference number, you will be asked for further information relating to the whereabouts of the permit/vehicle and checks may need to be carried out. This may delay your application.
