The amount of grant rewarded is means tested and is classed as gap funding to use towards the purchase of a property.

If you have less than two years tenancy, you will not be eligible for a house purchase grant.
Tenants who complete on their purchase within 6 months of receiving an offer are eligible for a bonus of up to £3,000.
- Completions under 3 months = £3,000 bonus
- Completions within 3 or 4 months = £2,000 bonus
- Completions within 5 or 6 months = £1,000 bonus
