Assistant Team Manager
You’ll be a shining example of core social work values and best practice, consistently meeting performance targets and promoting a learning culture. With a proven track record in complex casework, you’ll actively share your knowledge and skills providing key support in areas such as practice education for student social workers.
You’ll bring the full range of social work values, knowledge and skills that will improve the lives of children in need and their families. Registered to practice with the HCPC, you’ll show great competence in assessment, planning, implementation and review (APIR). Working across a wide range of cases, your remit will extend to child protection, care proceedings and looked after children.
