Replacement communal door keys and fobs for council tenants

You can get a replacement or extra key or fob for the entrance to your block from your area team. There is a cost for these which depends on the type of key or fob you require. You will also need to pay an admin fee.

You will need to provide

You will be asked for:

  • Identification – a passport or driving licence
  • Proof of residence – for example a recent utilities/Council Tax bill with your name and address shown
  • If you are a private tenant – your Tenancy Agreement

Cash payments

Please note that we no longer accept cash payments at Housing Customer Centre, 90 Putney Bridge Road.
