Replacement communal door keys and fobs
You can get a replacement or extra key or fob for the entrance to your block from your area team. There is a cost for these which depends on the type of key or fob you require and is subject to an admin fee.
You can get these from:Central, Eastern and Southern Area:

You will need to provide:
- Identification – a passport or driving licence
- Proof of residence - for example, a recent utilities / council tax bill with your name and address shown
- If you are a private tenant – your Tenancy Agreement
Please note that from 1 April 2017 we will no longer accept cash payments at Housing Customer Centre, 90 Putney Bridge Road.
