Am I entitled to a reduction?

In certain circumstances, you may be entitled to a reduction. If your total service charges for major works and routine repairs in your annual service charges, in the past five years, comes to more than £10,000 we may be able to reduce the amount you have to pay by the element over £10,000. You will still have to pay the first £10,000.

We will automatically send an application form to apply for a reduction. This will be after the yearly service charges bill have been produced in November.

If you think you may qualify for a reduction but have not received an application form, please contact property accounts section on 020 8871 7287. The reduction is usually only awarded when there has been exceptional hardship, and will only apply to the owner/occupiers.

Problems paying you bills

Your lease agreements requires you to pay your services charges (routine and major). If payment is not received within 14 days interest will be charged a 6% above the Barclays Base Rate.

If you are an owner-occupier no interest will be charged if you have made arrangements to pay and do not fall into arrears.
