Communal repairs

Estate Services handle minor communal repairs like broken entryphones or cracked paving. 

If it's a small scale repair estate services officers will carry out the repair themselves.

If deemed an emergency we will arrange to have it handled within two hours. More complex repairs will be carried out by a contractor.

Door entry and lift repairs

Support services handle communal repairs such as door entry and lift defects, to report a repair contact:

Heating and hot water repairs

If you have a communal heating system or individual domestic heating system, you should report heating and hot water defects to your contractor.
