Report a repair or problem in temporary accommodation

When you are placed into temporary accommodation, you will be given information on which team manages your accommodation. 

If you have an issue with repairs or the condition of the property, you will need to contact the provider/landlord of your accommodation in the first instance. 

If after a reasonable amount of time the provider has not made arrangements to visit or carry out repair works, you should contact the Temporary Accommodation Team:

If your repair is urgent please let the Temporary Accommodation Team know as well as the provider.
