  • your full name and address
  • daytime telephone number
  • the property you are writing about if different to your address.

Keep a copy of any correspondence for your own records.

If you have overpaid, you can claim a refund by doing one of the following:

If you have received a reminder letter and need a copy of the invoice, please telephone the relevant billing and collection team as shown below:

  • personal budget charges: 020 8871 6298
  • service charges or major works: 020 8871 6299
  • all other accounts in arrears: 020 8871 6298

Make an appointment to visit us in person to discuss how to pay or make an arrangement.

If you have questions about a bill (for example the amount charged), the contact details are on the top of the bill. You do not need to visit us.
