The general election will be taking place on Thursday 8 June 2017. Residents in Wandsworth will be electing a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Battersea, Putney and Tooting constituencies.

The deadline to register to vote in this election was midnight on Monday 22 May.
If you are an EU citizen (other than British, Irish, Cypriot and Maltese) you will not be eligible to vote in the general election on 8 June 2017.
Voting in person
Information about where you will need to vote will be on your poll card. Find more information about voting in person.
Voting by post
If you want to vote by post in the general election, you must submit your postal vote application by 5pm on Tuesday 23 May.
Completed postal vote packs must be received by 10pm on Thursday 8 June. You can post your completed postal vote pack to us. You can also drop it off at the Town Hall or return it on polling day by 10pm to a polling station in Wandsworth.
Voting by proxy
If you want to vote by proxy in the general election, you must submit your proxy vote application by 5pm on Wednesday 31 May.
