Making a complaint

The Council Tax Service takes complaints very seriously. If you wish to contact the Council Tax Services regarding a complaint you can make a complaint online or write to us at the address above. 

Customers with special needs 

We can provide all of our correspondence or leaflets in large print for people with vision impairment. If you require this service please telephone us on 020 8871 8081.

Response times

Our target is to respond to all written and emailed correspondence within 10 working days.

Please note, if our response is sent by post it may take up to 14 working days to receive our reply.
