Children killed or injured on roads
This chart plots the % change in children killed or seriously injured on roads. The largest reduction has occurred in Wandsworth (a decrease of 16.7%). In London, the figure has increased by 3.3% and in England by 6.8%.
This chart demonstrates the Wandsworth trend, with previous years plotted as dashes. The range of rates for Inner London PCTs are given within green lines for 2006-2008, and the rate for England in 2006-2008 is displayed as a red line. There is some evidence of a downward trend in the % change of children killed or seriously injured on roads from 2003 to 2008. The Wandsworth rate in 2006-2008 was within the range of other PCTs in Inner London.
