Nine Elms on the South Bank
The greatest transformational story in the world's greatest city
Nine Elms is the last remaining major development zone on the South Bank of the Thames. A district far larger than Hyde Park and situated only a mile upstream from the Houses of Parliament. This 195 hectare area of light industry, warehousing and commercial uses is now being transformed into a brand new residential and business quarter in the heart of London, covering parts of Wandsworth and neighbouring Lambeth.
