Who to contact for help
If you are homeless or worried about losing your home (for example because your landlord has asked you to move out or you are struggling to pay your mortgage) and you want to stay / have nowhere else to go, the people you should contact for help will depend on your age and other circumstances. This is explained further below.
During office hours (9am-5pm)
If you are under 16, please contact Childrens services.
If you are 16 or 17, please contact Childrens services unless you have dependent children in which case please contact the housing options and projects team.
If you are 18 or over, please contact the housing options and projects team.
Out of hours (6pm-8am and weekends)
In an emergency, please call 020 8871 6000.
