Before you go: check the queues at Smugglers Way.
It is free to tip:
- household waste
- small quantities of your own domestic DIY/industrial waste delivered by car
You will be charged for domestic DIY/industrial waste delivered by van. Find out about DIY waste delivered in vans.
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 4pm
- Saturday: 8am to 6pm
- Sunday: 8am to 5pm
Cringle Street Household Waste Recycling Centre
The Household Waste Recycling Centre in Cringle Street, Battersea, SW11, closed in September 2012.
However, you can still deliver household waste in vans at the waste transfer station in Cringle Street (next to the old Household Waste Recycling Centre).
These sites are managed by the Western Riverside Waste Authority.
