What do we do?
We issue invoices (bills), carry out the ledger management, associated administration, and collection of a wide range of charges including:
- Adult social care charges
- Business Development Loans
- Business Improvement District (BID) levy
- Charges for community-based services (Personal Budgets)
- Housing repairs
- Leaseholder service charges
- Major Works
We also handle other custom charges as and when required.

What don't we do?
We do not issue invoices or manage the collection of council tax, business rates, or council tenant rent charges.
