Business Improvement Districts (BIDs)

BIDs are designated areas within which all businesses pay an additional levy for the maintenance, development and promotion of their district, based on the rateable value of their individual business unit. This will be collected by the council and then paid over to the management company. It ensures that the costs of improvement will be evenly and fairly spread.
