You can apply for your freedom pass at any Post Office branch in any of the London Boroughs, excluding Barking & Dagenham and Sutton. Post Office branches in Wandsworth are listed below. You must apply in person and bring with you proof of name, age, address in Wandsworth and one recent passport size photograph. Only certain items of proof are acceptable. These items are listed on the application form, which is also available from any Post Office branch.
