Advertising or shop display on pavement licence
About this licence
Summary of requirements
To use street or pavement space for advertising, or for the display of shop goods, you must obtain a licence from Wandsworth Council. Proof of ownership for frontage will be required along with Public Liability Insurance.
Note: If you also wish to place tables and chairs on the pavement, you will need a separate licence from us. See Table and chairs on pavement licence for more information.

- Consents must not be unreasonably withheld

An appointed arbitrator will determine if consent has been unreasonably withheld.
