Joining our libraries
Library membership is free to everyone and you can join online or at any Wandsworth library. All you need to do is complete a membership form and show identification confirming your name current address and your signature.
Some of the ID documents that can be used are:
- Your driving licence
- Your council tax payment form
- Your rent book
- Your medical card
- A recent bill with your address from a utility provider such as a telephone or gas company.
There is no charge to borrow books or search the internet. There are charges to reserve books, hire audio visual items and for other services, such as photocopying or sending a fax. Please see Fees and Charges for details of the current rates.
If you are under 16 you need permission and a signature from your parent or guardian for the membership form.
