What is a Local Account?
A Local Account is a report which tells people how well we have done in delivering adult social care services and what our priorities are for the coming year. It is published by our Adult Social Services Department.
The Local Account 2011-12 describes the progress we have made since April 2011 and what we plan to do up to April 2013. 
Our aims
We aim to continually improve our services, making a difference to the lives of the people we help and those that care for them. We have worked with a group of service users, carers and the Wandsworth Local Involvement Network (Wandsworth Link) to produce this Local Account to ensure that it represents their views and captures things that are important to the citizens of Wandsworth.
How to give us feedback
We want you to give us feedback on the structure and content of this Local Account. Tell us about anything we do badly or well; also tell us if you want to know more about any of the things we do. Please let us know because it is your feedback that helps us make our services better. We will consider your views when we update our Local Account in 2013.
