Adult Social Services

Together with our partners in the health service and the private, voluntary and community sectors, we provide a range of health and social care services for people with community care needs.

This includes:

  • People with learning disabilities;
  • People with mental health problems;
  • People whose ability to perform everyday activities is limited by a permanent physical disability;
  • Sensory impairment or long-standing illness and older people.

Our headquarters and the Access Team for older people, younger people with disabilities and people with a sensory disability is at 90 Putney Bridge Road. The Community Learning Disability Team is based at the Joan Bicknell Centre (Springfield Hospital).
