Fit 4 Life programme

We provide Fit 4 Life introductory courses for people aged over 45 years. 

Activities on offer this term

• Golf at Richmond Park Golf Course
• Yoga at Wandle Recreation Centre
• Badminton at Latchmere Leisure Centre
• Aqua Aerobics at Tooting Leisure Centre
• Ballroom Dance (beginners and improvers) at the Open Door Community Centre
• Latin American Dance (beginners and improvers) at the Open Door Community Centre

The Fit 4 Life programme offers introductory courses in a range of sports and is suitable for people who are looking for a new activity to try or who want to get back into a sport they used to enjoy.

Courses are subject to change depending on term times.

How to book

Online
Download the booking form from Related Downloads and send your completed booking form with a cheque or debit/credit card details for the correct amount to:

By telephone
Call 020 8871 6373 for a hard copy or to book over the phone.

Please note: a consent form will still be required to confirm your place on the course if booked by telephone.

In person
Visit us at Town Hall Prefab No 2, Wandsworth High Street during office hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) and pay with cash, cheque or debit/credit card.

• All courses must be paid for in advance. Payment will not be accepted on the day.
• All information regarding the Fit 4 Life courses is subject to change and all relevant parties will be notified where and when possible of any changes.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Leisure and Sport Services cancellation policy, which can be downloaded from Related Downloads.
• Book as early as you can to avoid disappointment
• You must have a signed consent form before taking part in any activity
• Dress appropriately for your activity.
