What are the smoking offences?
There are three offences under the regulations which are:
- smoking in a smoke free premise or vehicle - fine of £200,
- failing to display the required no-smoking signs and symbols in premises and vehicles - fine of £1,000,
- failing to stop a person from smoking in a smoke free premise or vehicle - fine of £2,500.
