Opening times are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
We operate an appointments system, and you can make an appointment by calling 020 8871 7691.

Customers with special needs
We can provide all of our correspondence or leaflets in large print or Braille for people with vision impairment. If you require this service please telephone us on 020 8871 8081.
We can provide a British Sign Language interpreter for people with hearing impairment. Please call in person to the Finance Reception at the address given above if you require this service. Additionally all reception points and interview cubicles in the Finance Reception have hearing induction loops fitted.
