By making sure our records are up to date, we can ensure the correct charge is made.
If you have recently moved into the borough and will be liable for Council Tax, the earlier you tell us, the more time you will get to pay your bill; it will also stop us from continuing to send letters to the previous occupier.
If you are moving out, we may owe you money and we can only give it back if you tell us when you leave and where we can contact you.
You can now use the move in/move out forms to notify Parking Services that you require a parking permit or that you want an existing parking permit to be transferred
You can let the Council Tax and Parking Services (if relevant) know of your change of address by going to our dedicated Moving In, Moving Out site and filling in the address change form.
