Council housing - Antisocial behaviour and crime
Safety in my community and on my estate
If you want to know about anti-social behaviour that is not connected to council estates or residents, please see the council's anti-social behaviour pages.
Estate Services are on hand to help deal with anti-social behaviour on estates. If you complain about a noisy neighbour or anti-social behaviour, an estate services officer will visit the site, monitor the situation and collect evidence of any problem. This evidence may be used in court. A report is then sent to the relevant managing agent who will take over the responsibility for dealing with the complaint.
Estate Services carry out regular checks on estates to look for abandoned and untaxed cars. If you spot an abandoned vehicle, the chances are it has already been reported and is in the process of being tracked back to its owner. But just in case it hasn't, please report any suspect vehicles on 020 8871 6709.
If you have any information which could lead the council and the police to drug dealers on estates, please let the council know about it. All information on the whereabouts of drug dealers will be dealt with in complete confidence - residents who give these vital leads will not be required to give evidence in court. If you have any information about drugs on your estate, call the confidential drugs hotline - 020 8871 7373.
Spotted some graffiti on your estate? Contact the graffiti section - they will arrange for the graffiti to be removed free of charge. They also offer a reward to anyone who supplies information that leads to the successful prosecution of a graffiti vandal.
In an emergency please call 999.
