Your rent

This is the payment of rent for a store shed, garage or parking space, motorcycle unit or bicycle locker. The weekly charge will be shown on your rent letter.

When a member of your family is renting one of these facilities and has signed a separate agreement making them responsible for paying the rent, then they will receive a separate letter about the charge payable. 

If payments are missed on non-residential lets the Council will serve a 'Notice to Quit'. When this expires the unit will be re-possessed. The council does not have to ask permission of the Court to re-possess.
