Civic Suite hire

1. Find out when the Civic Suite is available

Find out when the Civic Suite is available for hire and then register online to book.

2. Confirm your booking and pay a deposit

If the date you require is available, we will take all your details and give you ten days to decide whether or not to go ahead. If you decide to go ahead, we will require an £800 deposit and signed copy of the booking form within the ten days in order to secure the booking.

Payments can be made by cheque, cash or card. If it is convenient, you can come to the office to pay at:

You can also pay by card over the phone which is secure, with a receipt being emailed to you afterwards.

Please note that once the deposit has been paid, if you subsequently change or cancel the date, you risk losing the deposit if the date is not re-let. If however you go ahead with the booking, and following your event, the deposit is then returned to you, providing no damage is caused, no one smokes on the premises and you do not overrun your booking times.
