Make an online referral or contact us directly. When you have made a referral, we will work with you to shape your requirement.

You will need

  • Personal details
  • Contact requirements (time and date preferences)
  • Names of child(ren)
  • Identified risks (any factors that may pose a safety risk in a contact session)
  • Tell us any actions or measures that you know of which can help to manage the risk(s). When we speak with you about your referral you may be asked to provide more detail, before sessions are agreed.

What happens next

You will receive a response from one of our team, who will work with you to shape your requirement.

This form will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
