The Corporate Business Plan (CBP) is published annually and brings together our acvhievements, key improvement plans, performance targets and the financial strategy and planning process. This provides a more complete picture of the overall framework within which we work to achieve the all important objective of delivering high quality, value for money services.
The 2011 Corporate Business Plan is now available. You can also download our plans from 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
