Strategic Flood Risk Assessment

Scott Wilson Ltd were jointly commissioned in July 2007 to undertake a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for Wandsworth, Merton, Croydon and Sutton. The reports and appendices provide an overview of the flood risk issues across all four boroughs.

In addition to the flood risk analysis contained within the SFRA, further details of the Sequential and Exception test process can be found in PPS25 and associated companion guide. In addition to this the Council has applied the Sequential Test to the sites contained within the preferred options Site Specific Allocations Document.
